Job Summary
VIN Group is seeking an energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand business opportunities in the plastic additives and polymer industry. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, lead generation, new business development, customer relationship management, dispatch coordination, and warehouse support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate new business opportunities through market visits and networking.
Identify and develop new customers in the plastic, polymer, masterbatch, and additive industries.
Conduct regular customer meetings and product presentations.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Develop and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for quick resolution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Development
Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence activities.
Track industry trends and customer requirements.
Dispatch & Warehouse Coordination
Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Follow up on customer orders and shipment status.
Support warehouse operations and inventory coordination when required.
Ensure smooth communication between customers, production, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
Reporting
Submit daily visit reports and lead generation reports.
Maintain records of customer interactions and business opportunities.
Provide regular sales updates to management.
Qualification
Education
Graduate in any discipline
B.Sc. (Preferred)
B.Tech. (Chemical / Polymer / Plastic Engineering Preferred)
Experience
1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Experience in Plastic Additives, Polymer, Masterbatch, Chemicals, or related industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
