Total VDO looking for a proactive and customer-focused Project Coordinator to manage client support operations for software solutions. This is a semi-technical role that requires strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and a basic understanding of software support and development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams for support requests, issues, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Manage client communication regarding open tickets, progress updates, timelines, and resolutions
- Work closely with the development team to ensure quick turnaround and effective resolution of client issues
- Understand client pain points, operational challenges, and business requirements, and clearly communicate them to internal teams.
- Coordinate with Support teams, Development, QA team and leadership teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Escalate critical issues or risks to management when required
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and service delivery.
- Exposure to SLA-driven support environments is an advantage.
Technical Understanding (Semi-Technical Role)
- Basic understanding of software applications, web/mobile systems, and support environments
- Familiarity with PM tools, ticketing tools such as Trello, AWS, DevOps, etc.
- Ability to understand technical terminology used by Development and QA teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,868.91 per month
