Position Name: - Engineer

Reporting To: - Manager
Qualification: -Diploma /BE (Electrical)
Experience: -Experienced (4 years – 5 years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process inspections across various transformer manufacturing stages: core assembly, coil winding, insulation, tanking, drying, and final assembly.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Identify and report process deviations, non-conformities, and initiate corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, design, and testing teams to resolve quality issues.
- Verify critical parameters like coil dimensions, clearances, insulation materials, clamping pressure, brazing quality, etc.
- Monitor process parameters such as vacuum drying, oil filling, and heat treatment.
- Perform in-process quality audits and generate daily quality reports.
- Maintain documentation and traceability records as per ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards.
- Ensure tools and instruments used are calibrated and fit for inspection.
- Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and participate in quality improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Support internal and external audits (customer, third-party, and certifying bodies).
