Job Description
Daily Order booking, generating invoice for customer supplies for correct product as per Order
Make proper planning/scheduling for executing indents with effective utilisation of trucks.
Conduct Pre-trip & post-trip checks as per Transport Safety standard.
Conduct regular toolbox talk with transport crew on transport safety headings.
Ensure Training of Transport Crews.
JDE/SAP postings should be done without any mistakes to have control on Cylinder Assets.
Coordinate with production Team in meeting all customer’s demand.
Generation of Cylinder Rental Invoices.
Maintenance of all records as part of the above activities and generating required MIS.
Customer Complaint reporting , analysis and resolution.
Maintaining of Reports for generation of MIS.
Maintaining Outsource Product Stock and Outsourcing.
RFID Scanning of Cylinders and uploading in System.
Pay: ₹12,403.87 - ₹30,000.76 per month
