Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day HVAC installation activities at project sites. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC execution, manpower management, site coordination, and ensuring work is completed as per project schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation and execution activities at project sites.
- Monitor ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.
- Manage and coordinate site technicians, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Clients, Consultants, and Vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain daily work reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues before they impact project timelines.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, insulation, and installation practices.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of site execution, manpower handling, and project coordination.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures and site regulations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC site supervision and project execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must have prior HVAC project experience.
- Candidates currently residing in Gujarat will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
