Operator is responsible for operating a particular machine or set of machines as directed by his supervisor
Key Responsibilities (Maximum 5)
- To run the machine in auto mode,cooling of the parts and temporary start and stop of injection molding machine.
- To produce the products as per specified rate, Timely fill up the production and quality report as per guideline.
- To do the deflashing of parts, material feeding in the hopper bins
- To check the product quality visually (as per reference sample and product spec) and visual defects in the molded parts and reporting to senior for issues.
- Maintain the Safety and housekeeping standards while operating the machine.
