Junior Designer - 0 to 2 years For the one who's still building their body of work but already has an eye that can't be taught.
We're building a global collective of specialized mini-agencies - fast-moving, sharp-thinking, and obsessed with work that actually matters.
You won't just make "posts."
You'll build visual systems. Campaign worlds. Brand identities. Performance creatives. Pitch decks that don't put people to sleep.
You'll work across categories, aesthetics and geographies - from clean corporate storytelling to bold disruptive social campaigns.
What you'll work on:
- Brand identities & campaign kits
- High-performing social creatives
- Performance marketing assets
- Pitch decks & presentations
- Visual storytelling systems
What we need from you:
- Strong command over Photoshop & Illustrator (non-negotiable)
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Strong sense of layout, typography & hierarchy
- Ability to adapt styles instead of making everything look the same
- Taste. Curiosity. Speed. Intent.
You make effective, not just pretty.
Bonus points if you:
- Have agency experience
- Can edit videos
- Know your way around AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, Firefly, Gemini Pro etc.
