Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Understand technical job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define role expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Negotiate salary, compensation, and joining timelines with selected candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment details where required.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare and release offer letters, coordinate pre-joining formalities, and support onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, ATS records, interview feedback, and hiring reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Build relationships with recruitment consultants, colleges, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media hiring campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, databases, cloud technologies, and software development roles.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

- Experience hiring for Product, Service, Startup, or IT Consulting organizations will be preferred.
