Business Development Manager is expected to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and directly contribute in increasing the sales volume and revenue thereby helping the organization achieve its goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Identify new business opportunities to achieve at least 2 Lakhs revenue every month
· Customer Relationship Management
· Develop Referral Hub Partnerships
· Have a good understanding about all products/services and their features
· Thoroughly Identify new business opportunities in city predominantly by identifying new clients who require our services.
· Maintain database of existing Referral Hubs, prospects and prepare weekly plans for follow up and relationship management.
· Maintain good relationship with all service partners and execute strategies formulated for retention of service partners.
· Coordinate all collaboration exercises with service partners.
· Coordinate with internal team and ensure customer commitment is fulfilled and ensure timely payment.
· Coordinate with digital marketing team and ensure that the brochures, website content, social media content are updated and ensure active presence online to offline
