Key Responsibilities
- Create daily social media creatives, reels, and videos.
- Cover company events, training programs, and employee activities through photos and videos.
- Visit project sites to capture work progress, installations, and learning content.
- Shoot and edit videos for OSFS projects, labour welfare programs, and company events.
- Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and schedule regular social media posts.
- Develop creative content ideas to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Design promotional, recruitment, festival, and company announcement creatives.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for content requirements.
- Monitor social media performance and submit monthly reports.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's branding and values.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
