Reporting To: HR Manager / CHRO
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee databases.
- Assist in employee engagement and training activities.
- Prepare HR reports and perform general HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/MBA in HR or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
