- Supervision: Monitor on-site security guards and supervisors to ensure they are fulfilling their duties and adhering to site instructions.
- Staffing & Recruitment: Man power Sourcing, deploying, and scheduling security personnel.
- Training: Conduct or arrange routine training programs (e.g., emergency response, crowd control, and client-specific protocols).
2. Site Inspections & Patrols
- Routine Audits: Conduct regular, unscheduled site visits to assess the performance of the security team and physical security standards.
- Risk Assessment: Identify security vulnerabilities, potential hazards, and technical issues (e.g., broken CCTV cameras, faulty alarms, unlit areas).
- Asset Protection: Ensure all moveable and immovable client assets are properly safeguarded.

Salary : 40,000 to 50,000 ( Based on your Experience)
