Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to oversee daily operational activities, ensure smooth coordination between departments, maintain records, and support process improvements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in handling data and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow up with concerned teams.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Track pending activities and ensure process compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide status updates to management.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support data management and ensure accuracy of information.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or process management.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
