Position : Salesforce Developer – Field Service & Custom Mobile Development

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Configure and enhance Salesforce Field Service (FSL) functionalities including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, and Dispatching.
Design and develop custom mobile solutions for field technicians and service teams.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Create custom workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system performance and scalability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Required Skills
2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
Hands-on experience in custom mobile app development within Salesforce ecosystem.
Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP services.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Security Model.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification (preferred).
Experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK is a plus.
