- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction programs, and employee orientation.
- Prepare and maintain payroll inputs, salary records, and statutory compliance data.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, warning letters, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain attendance, ESI, PF, and other employee-related documentation.
- Support training and development initiatives for employees.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data for management review.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Handle administrative support activities as assigned by management.
