Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Patient Care Executive – Domestic & International Process.
The candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, coordinating with hospitals and doctors, managing CRM updates, following up with patients, and ensuring smooth patient communication throughout the treatment journey.
The role requires strong communication skills, patient handling ability, coordination skills, and regular follow-up management.
Responsibilities
- Handle patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms
- Coordinate with hospitals and doctors for medical opinions, appointments, and treatment planning
- Maintain and update CRM regularly with patient interactions and lead status
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, reports, travel plans, and treatment decisions
- Coordinate internally with case managers, operations team, and hospital coordinators
- Assist patients with treatment-related guidance and process understanding
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with patients
- Ensure timely response and smooth patient experience throughout the treatment cycle
- Handle domestic and international patient coordination
Must Have
- Fluency in English
- Excellent Communication Skills – Spoken & Written
- Good listening and coordination skills
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally in patient-related situations
- Strong follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of Hospital Operations & Medical Terminology
- Must be a Team Player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Preferred / Desired Skills
- Previous experience in Healthcare, Medical Tourism, BPO, Customer Support, or Hospital Coordination would be an added advantage
- Educational background in Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred
- Experience in handling international patients will be preferred
- Knowledge of additional languages like Arabic, French, Bengali, Russian, or Spanish will be an added advantage
