Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and experience applying them in cloud environments.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability within cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software issues in a timely manner.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
