URGENT HIRING | Estimation & Billing Engineer
Location: Surat, Gujarat – Head Office
Hiring: Immediate / Urgent Basis

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in estimation and billing for construction projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Experience with construction/project billing software will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and project cost estimates.
- Study drawings, specifications, tender documents, and scope of work.
- Prepare rate analysis for civil works and assist in tender preparation.
- Prepare and submit RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and final bills.
- Verify quantities executed at site against approved drawings and BOQs.
- Conduct regular site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Check and certify subcontractor/vendor bills based on actual work completed.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, variations, and deviations from the BOQ.
- Prepare variation statements, extra-item claims, and reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Assist in cost control and budget monitoring throughout the project.
- Prepare monthly billing and cost reports.
- Ensure billing is carried out accurately and within project timelines.
