Position Overview
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable JEE Foundation Trainers to handle Mathematics and Science subjects for students from Grade 6 to Grade 10 under our Foundation Program. The trainer should be capable of building strong conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills aligned with competitive exam preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions for JEE Foundation students.
- Teach core concepts in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Logical Reasoning based on the assigned subject.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and mock tests.
- Track student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes regularly.
- Encourage critical thinking and application-based learning.
- Coordinate with academic teams for curriculum planning and assessments.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
- Prior experience in JEE/Foundation coaching preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Passion for mentoring school students.
- Freshers with strong academic background can also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for school students.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with NEET/JEE syllabus and exam patterns.
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.
Work Location
Candidates should be willing to relocate to Dindigul, Salem, Trichy, Vellore, or Madurai based on organizational requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
