About the Role
UBWebs (www.ubwebs.com) is a growing digital marketing agency serving international clients across SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Management. We're hiring motivated sales professionals who can identify business owners, build genuine rapport, and convert them into long-term clients.
This is not a cold-calling job. You will be reaching out to warm, pre-researched prospects — business owners who already need what we offer. Your job is to start the conversation, build trust, and close.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify small-to-medium business owners in target markets (US, UK, Australia)
- Reach out via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and direct messages
- Pitch UBWebs' digital marketing services clearly and confidently
- Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Log all activity and report conversions weekly
What You'll Earn
- Fixed Stipend: ₹8,000–₹15,000/month (based on experience)
- Commission: 10–20% of every deal you close — no cap
- Top performers earning ₹40,000–₹80,000/month is realistic
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident on calls — no hesitation, no script-reading
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus, not a must
- Laptop and stable internet connection required
