Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with patient check-ins and scheduling appointments using MS-Excel for efficient record-keeping.
2. Communicating effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members to ensure clear and timely information exchange.
3. Coordinating with the IT department to maintain network protocols and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
4. Assisting in the coordination of outpatient procedures and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
5. Updating and maintaining patient records accurately in our electronic database.
6. Providing administrative support to the OPD team as needed.
7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience throughout their visit.
