The Inside Sales Manager will drive pipeline creation and revenue growth for Rapyder’s cloud consulting and managed services business.
This role owns the inside sales cycle end-to-end — from outbound prospecting and qualification to deal closure — working closely with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable running structured discovery, positioning AWS-led cloud solutions, and owning outcomes in a fast-growth environment.
Generate pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound follow-ups.
Qualify leads using structured discovery to identify high-intent cloud opportunities.
Own inside sales execution from opportunity creation through commercial closure.
Position AWS-led cloud consulting, migration, modernization, and managed services offerings.
Collaborate with pre-sales on solution articulation, proposals, and SOW inputs.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Zoho CRM.
Share customer insights with sales and marketing to improve GTM effectiveness.
Consistent pipeline aligned to monthly and quarterly targets
Strong conversion from lead opportunity win
Timely closures with healthy deal margins
Clean CRM hygiene and predictable forecasting
Must-Have
3–5 years of experience in end-to-end inside sales for IT services, cloud, or SaaS.
Proven ability to sell cloud services or technology solutions (AWS exposure preferred).
Strong prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
Excellent business communication skills; confident engaging IT and business stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a high-ownership environment.
Good-to-Have
Experience selling AWS cloud consulting or managed services.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
Exposure to mid-market or enterprise buyers.
