Job Summary
Senwell Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in B2B Lead Generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth across both IT and Non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, online portals, databases, referrals, and social media.
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Track lead generation activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Ability to conduct cold calling and email outreach.
- Good research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred
- Experience in IT Services or Non-IT B2B Lead Generation.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.32 - ₹50,000.05 per month
