SummaryWe are looking for an L1 Security Operator to monitor security alerts, track incidents, and support day-to-day Security Operations Center (SOC) activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, and incident management.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor security alerts and notifications from network/security devices.Monitor OEM tools and third-party security platforms.Track security patches, vendor advisories, updates, RCAs, and corrective actions.Log, categorize, assign, and track incidents through the ticketing system.Follow up on incidents until closure as per ISMS policy.Perform initial vulnerability triage and classify findings (Informational, Low, Medium).Escalate critical security incidents to higher support teams.Maintain proper documentation and daily activity reports.Work in rotational shifts if required.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Networking and Cyber Security.Understanding of SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS concepts.Knowledge of Incident Management and Ticketing Tools.Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and documentation skills.QualificationB.Tech/B.E (CS, IT, EC)BCA / MCAAny Cyber Security Certification (Preferred)Experience1-3 YearsInterested candidate can send there resume on [email protected]
