Accountant – E-commerce Finance
Role Overview
We are looking for an Accountant to manage end-to-end financial operations across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms, ensuring accurate reconciliations, compliance, and profitability tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile marketplace payments (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.) with internal records
- Track sales, commissions, fees, returns, and deductions platform-wise
- Manage invoicing, GST compliance, and filings
- Monitor receivables, settlements, and cash flow
- Prepare P&L by SKU / platform for profitability analysis
- Identify discrepancies/leakages and resolve with platforms
- Maintain books of accounts and support audits
Requirements
- 2–5 years in accounting (E-commerce experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of GST & marketplace reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Tally or Zoho Books is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
