As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating and maintaining sales revenue for CueForGood by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting the value proposition of our services. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with the internal teams and the clients/ prospects. We believe in the ethos of using Business as a Force for Good, & work with those ‘for-profit’ eCommerce brands (B2B & B2C) who want to leverage eCommerce for a greater purpose.
Geographies: We offer our eCommerce services exclusively to ‘value-aligned businesses’ & currently are serving North America, EU, UK, Australia & New Zealand.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels including calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.

You will be directly working with the management gaining firsthand insights into the entrepreneurial journey and work methods.

Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile.

Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and industry trends.

Sales Documentation, proposals and Reporting

Generate regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and forecasted revenue to share with sales management.

Sales Strategy and Closing: Collaborate with the management to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.

Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the sales process.

Understand and assess clients' requirements, and tailor service offerings to meet their specific needs.

Address existing clients’ grievances and urgent requirements.

Any experience of selling to the North American, European, and Oceania markets (B2B environment) would be great!
- Any experience of working with eCommerce businesses/ clients is a plus.
