A Spare Parts Billing Executive in the 2-wheeler automobile sector is responsible for managing spare parts sales transactions, inventory-related billing, and customer/dealer support at a motorcycle or scooter dealership or service center.
Key Responsibilities
Spare Parts Billing
- Generate invoices for spare parts sales.
- Prepare bills for workshop/service department parts consumption.
- Ensure accurate pricing, taxes (GST), discounts, and quantities.
- Inventory Coordination
- Check spare parts availability in the inventory system.
- Coordinate with the stores department for stock issuance.
- Update stock records after billing transactions.
- Customer Support
- Assist customers in identifying required spare parts.
- Explain prices, warranties, and availability.
- Handle billing-related queries and corrections.
- System Operations
- Use dealership management software (DMS) or ERP systems.
- Maintain records of invoices, returns, and credit notes.
- Generate daily and monthly billing reports.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain GST-compliant invoices.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and stock verification.
- Follow company billing and accounting procedure
Qualification

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
