Job Description :-
We are looking for an HR Intern who is passionate about recruitment and talent management. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process.
This is a target-based internship, and the stipend will be based on the achievement of assigned recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Requirements :-
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
Performance Expectations :-
- This is a target-based internship.
- Candidates will be assigned weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
- Performance will be evaluated based on candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and successful closures.
- Timely follow-ups and accurate recruitment tracking are essential.
