Job Title: SEO & AI Search Specialist

About the Role
CADD Centre is looking for a results-driven SEO & AI Search Specialist to drive organic lead generation through Google and AI-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical SEO, content optimization, and AI search visibility, with a strong focus on improving search rankings and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for Google, Bing, and AI search platforms.
- Optimize content for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude.
- Perform keyword, topic, and user intent research using SEO and AI tools.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly, AI-ready content and topic clusters.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, including crawl analysis, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and schema implementation.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Track organic traffic, rankings, leads, and AI search visibility.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to improve website performance and search visibility.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SEO with proven organic growth results.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and AI Search Optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Good understanding of Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals, and Semantic SEO.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
