About the Role
We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our Design Team and support the preparation, development, and coordination of project drawings and design requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, good drawing-reading skills, and an interest in Aluminium Formwork design.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify Aluminium Formwork drawings as per project requirements.
- Understand architectural and structural drawings and prepare formwork layouts accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Project Management and Sales teams for project requirements.
- Review project drawings and identify design-related requirements or discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and revisions as required.
- Perform area calculations and quantity-related calculations.
- Ensure drawings are prepared accurately and within project timelines.
- Coordinate with site teams to understand and resolve drawing-related issues.
- Incorporate client and project-specific requirements into drawings.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project documents.
- Support the team in preparing drawings for new projects and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with HQ/KKV and internal teams for design-related requirements.
- Make necessary modifications to drawings based on feedback from clients, site teams, and management.
- Ensure drawings follow company standards and project requirements.

Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Drawing Reading
- Understanding of Architectural & Structural Drawings

- Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts
- Knowledge of Aluminium Formwork will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of KSB-H / KGB-H will be an added advantage

Candidate Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–4 years of experience in Civil Design / Construction / Aluminium Formwork.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with knowledge of Aluminium Formwork will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
- Good analytical and calculation skills.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with project and site teams.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the Design Manager/Team Lead in project-related design activities.
- Assist in resolving drawing and design-related issues.
- Support project teams during execution with required drawings and revisions.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
