Position Type: Full-Time (Residential)
Role Overview:
Career Point Gurukul is seeking a qualified and dedicated TGT English Teacher to teach classes VI–X and contribute to the school’s residential academic environment. The teacher is expected to stay on campus and support both academic and hostel-related responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to classes VI–X as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver interactive, engaging classroom sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and exams.
- Provide remedial classes and academic support for students who need improvement.
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in school activities, events, and co-curricular programs.
- Support residential duties such as supervising study hours, student welfare, and hostel discipline.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Maintain academic records and reports as required.
- Contribute to departmental planning and school development initiatives.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English with B.Ed.
- 2–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of English.
- Ability to manage classroom and residential responsibilities.
- Must be willing to reside full-time on campus.
