Role Description
This is a full-time Performance Tester role at iValue Labs Pvt. Ltd., focused on assessing the performance, scalability, stability, and reliability of applications and systems. The Performance Tester will be responsible for designing and executing performance and load tests, analyzing test results, identifying performance bottlenecks, and providing actionable recommendations for optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing performance test scripts using JMeter or LoadRunner, executing load, stress, and endurance tests, analyzing application and infrastructure metrics, and working with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics. The role will also involve collaborating with development, QA, infrastructure, and other technical teams to identify root causes and improve overall system performance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in Performance Testing or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and/or LoadRunner for performance and load testing.
- Solid understanding of Performance Testing methodologies, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Experience in performance bottleneck identification and analysis, including root-cause analysis and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in performance test scripting using Groovy, BeanShell, and/or C.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and application performance management tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
- Ability to analyze performance test results, application metrics, response times, throughput, CPU, memory, and other system-level metrics.
- Experience working with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
- Candidates who can join within 2–4 weeks will be preferred.
