Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in assigned territories
- Identify and acquire new clients including contractors, builders, consultants, and distributors
- Promote construction chemical products through technical presentations and site demonstrations
- Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with technical and R&D teams for product support and troubleshooting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
