We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head with around 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in B2C marketing, performance marketing, brand building, customer acquisition, and digital growth.
The candidate should be able to lead the complete digital marketing function - from strategy and planning to execution, campaign optimization, team management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Build and execute the complete B2C digital marketing strategy
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
- Drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, lead generation, and online sales
- Manage SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, and automation campaigns
- Track and improve ROI, CAC, conversion rates, traffic, engagement, and revenue
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on spend
- Work closely with sales, design, content, product, and leadership teams
- Build and manage a digital marketing team with clear KPIs
- Improve website traffic, landing pages, and customer conversion journeys

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, freelancers, and service providers required for digital marketing activities
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors for services such as performance marketing, SEO, content, design, video production, influencer marketing, PR, automation, and marketing tools
- Ensure vendors deliver quality work on time and within the approved budget
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong working relationships with external partners
Required Experience

10+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience in B2C marketing
- Proven success in scaling consumer-focused campaigns
- Strong knowledge of paid ads, SEO, social media, content, email marketing, and analytics
- Experience in managing marketing teams and budgets
- Strong understanding of funnels, customer behavior, branding, and conversion optimization
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and email marketing platforms
- Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, apps, SaaS, hardware products, or lifestyle brands
- Good understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations
- Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-growing environment
