Key Responsibilities:1. Dispatch Planning & Coordination
- Plan and schedule dispatches as per project requirements and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Procurement, and Site Teams for material readiness.
- Arrange vehicles and transportation for material delivery.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials to project sites and customers.
2. Documentation Management
- Prepare and maintain Dispatch Challans, Delivery Notes, E-Way Bills, and Transport Documents.
- Verify Purchase Orders, Material Requisitions, and Dispatch Requests before dispatch.
- Maintain records of dispatched materials and delivery acknowledgements.
3. Material Verification
- Verify quantity, quality, and specifications of materials before dispatch.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Conduct final checks to avoid shortages or incorrect dispatches.
4. Inventory & Store Coordination
- Coordinate with the Stores Department for material availability.
- Update dispatch records in ERP/Excel systems.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory tracking.
- Report material shortages or discrepancies to management.
5. Transportation Management
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve transportation-related issues and delays.
- Maintain vehicle dispatch logs and transporter records.
6. Site Coordination
- Communicate dispatch schedules to site engineers and project managers.
- Obtain delivery confirmations and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Address site-related delivery concerns and urgent requirements.
7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures and logistics policies.
- Follow safety standards during loading and unloading operations.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, stores, or warehouse operations, preferably in the interior fit-out, furniture, or construction industry.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
