Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Handling·Actively sell tourist visa packages to walk-in, online, and referred clients·Understand client travel plans and recommend the right visa type, country, and package·Handle inbound leads from portals, social media, and referrals — convert inquiries into sales·Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships for repeat business·Meet and exceed monthly visa sales targets set by management·Follow up with prospects and existing clients to drive renewals and upsellsVisa Operations & Documentation·Guide clients through visa documentation requirements for countries like UAE, Schengen, UK, USA, Thailand, and others·Review, verify, and compile complete visa application documents before submission·Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing agencies for timely approvals·Track application status and proactively update clients throughout the process·Handle rejections, reapplications, and escalations with professionalism·Maintain accurate records of all applications, approvals, and client dataCoordination & Reporting·Coordinate with travel consultants, tour operators, and hotel/flight teams for end-to-end trip planning·Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on leads, conversions, and pending applications·Stay updated on latest visa rules, fee changes, and processing timelines for key destinations
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
