We are looking for an experienced and skilled Power BI Developer to join our team and contribute to building insightful, user-friendly, and high-performance reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Power BI development, data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to data accuracy and performance, and the capability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

You will:
- Design and develop insightful Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Power BI Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Build efficient and scalable data models for reporting requirements.
- Develop interactive and user-friendly dashboards using Power BI.
- Create reports optimized for web and mobile users.
- Ensure dashboard performance, accuracy, and usability.
- Data Modelling & Transformation
- Build and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
- Work with different data sources and transform data as required.
- Use Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and preparation.
- Develop effective DAX measures and calculations.
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Translate business requirements into effective reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned reports, dashboards, and modules.
- Quality & Standards
- Follow data visualization and reporting best practices.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data presented in reports.
- Optimize reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
- Maintain high standards of reporting quality and data integrity.
Required Skills & Experience
- Core Technical Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
- Strong understanding of Power BI, Data Modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Experience building reports and dashboards for web and mobile users.
- Good understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.
- Experience working with different data sources and transforming data as required.
- PL-300 certification is preferred.
