About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of HVAC projects. The role involves managing project resources, coordinating with customers and internal teams, ensuring timely completion within budget, and leading site execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute HVAC projects across multiple sites.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and project resources.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and agreed timelines.
- Maintain project quality, safety, and execution standards.
- Prepare and manage technical, statutory, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and proper upkeep of project equipment and assets.
- Work closely with the Sales team for project planning, demonstrations, and site visits.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Site Engineers and Duct Technicians.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety regulations.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project execution.
- Experience in industrial projects is mandatory.
- Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
- Strong project planning, team management, and customer coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
