Five Fingers Exports India Pvt. Ltd. is a fully automated machine manufacturing company committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Industrial Sewing Machine Repair Technician to join our maintenance team.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain industrial sewing machines.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic faults in sewing machines.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Replace defective parts and carry out machine calibration and adjustments.
- Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Recommend improvements to enhance machine efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain housekeeping of the maintenance area and tools.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience in industrial sewing machine maintenance are preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining industrial sewing machines.
- Experience with automatic, computerized, and high-speed sewing machines is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
- Ability to read technical manuals and machine diagrams.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet maintenance deadlines.
