Job description:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Store and Dispatch Executive to handle day-to-day store management and dispatch operations. The role involves managing stock records, planning dispatches, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for projects across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and record incoming materials and finished goods.
- Maintain stock registers and documentation in Excel.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute dispatches as per project timelines.
- Prepare delivery challans, packing lists.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and transport teams.
- Track dispatches and maintain proof of delivery (POD).
- Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in stores or dispatch (preferably in manufacturing).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
