HR RecruiterJob Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s talent requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate salary and handle offer letter rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment database and trackers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualities:
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
