Key Responsibilities;-
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, selection).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Assist during labor inspections and audits.
- Assist in conducting performance appraisals.
- Maintain performance evaluation records.
- Support increment and promotion processes.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Prepare confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, etc.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)
