We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. This role requires maintaining confidentiality, coordinating schedules, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities-
- Coordinate internal and external communications via phone, email, and other channels.
- Support recruitment with management teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Managed employee attendance, payroll, and records.
- Coordinated recruitment, interviews, and on boarding activities.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and confidential documents.
- Handle incoming calls, visitors, and inquiries professionally.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.
- Assist in preparing expense reports, invoices, and administrative documentation.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and office management systems.
- Perform general office administration and other duties assigned by management.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Commerce, Science or MBA
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
