We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to lead recruitment, HR operations, office administration, and employee engagement — someone who can build a great workplace while keeping things organized, compliant, and cost-efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments, source qualified candidates, manage the hiring pipeline from application to offer, and negotiate compensation within approved budgets.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and initiatives that support a positive, high-energy workplace, and organize company events that build team morale and connection.
- Onboarding, Confirmation & Exit: Manage onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities to ensure a smooth, professional experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns fairly and promptly, acting as a trusted point of contact for staff.
- Attendance & Payroll: Track daily attendance and leave, coordinate payroll inputs for accurate salary processing, and issue timely final salary credit confirmations.
- Performance & Appraisals: Manage performance reviews, monitor probationary progress, and coordinate the annual appraisal cycle in partnership with department heads.
- Asset Management: Track, assign, and maintain all physical and digital company assets (laptops, furniture, equipment) to prevent loss and ensure accountability.
- Office Administration: Ensure the office workspace is clean, well-organized, and running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
- Budget & Expense Control: Oversee utility bill payments and proactively identify ways to reduce unnecessary operational costs.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and workforce planning reports, and ensure compliance with company policy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with department heads to align hiring plans and HR initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable managing office administration and asset/expense tracking alongside core HR duties.
- Experience with HRMS, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
