Role Description
Madrid Software is seeking a passionate and experienced Data Analyst Trainer to join our team in Saket, Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering high-quality, industry-oriented training to students and professionals aspiring to build careers in Data Analytics.
The Data Analytics Trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive classroom sessions covering core data analytics concepts, programming languages such as Python, statistical analysis, data visualization, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and real-world business case studies. The trainer will create an engaging learning environment that combines theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led classroom training on Data Analytics and related technologies.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and hands-on lab exercises.
- Train learners in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Statistics, Data Visualization, and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
- Guide students through real-world projects, business case studies, and capstone assignments.
- Assess learner performance through quizzes, assignments, projects, and mock interviews, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Mentor students throughout their learning journey and support them in achieving placement readiness.
- Develop new training materials, practical exercises, and project-based learning content.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and technical sessions to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Maintain training records, attendance, learner progress reports, and academic documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst Trainer, Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Faculty, or Data Analyst/Data Scientist with training responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Data Visualization.
- Solid understanding of Statistics, Data Cleaning, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong mentoring, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Pay Range - Rs 25000-Rs 35000 (depending upon experience).
