- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management workflows and processes.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with configuration management, incident, problem, and change management within ServiceNow.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing ServiceNow platform performance to meet client needs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
