Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and confident Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant and soft-spoken personality, and the ability to generate and convert leads into potential business opportunities. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of handling client communication professionally while contributing to business growth and client relationship management.

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 3 Year
- Languages Required: English & Hindi Mandatory
- Kannada: Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert potential business leads
- Conduct professional cold calling and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain proper lead records and update client information regularly
- Draft professional emails and maintain effective written communication
- Support LinkedIn marketing and lead generation activities
- Assist in content marketing and promotional communication
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and business discussions
- Ensure timely response and excellent customer interaction
- Achieve assigned business development and lead conversion targets
- Manage daily tasks efficiently with strong time management skills
