Experience Required: 12+ years in Warehouse / Inventory Management (Apparel / Textile / Fashion industry mandatory)
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Head to independently manage end‑to‑end warehouse and inventory operations for an apparel manufacturing unit. The role involves overseeing fabric, garments, packaging material, logistics, dispatch, storage, and material flow for a workforce of 100+ employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse operations: Complete ownership of inward, outward, storage, dispatch, and logistics.
- Inventory control: Manage fabric, garments, packaging material, and consumables.
- Material flow: Coordinate between warehouse, production, and dispatch.
- Team management: Supervise labour attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Logistics coordination: Handle transporters and logistics partners.
- Process standardization: Implement SOPs, discipline, and audit readiness.
- Shrinkage control: Prevent losses and ensure compliance.
- ERP/WMS exposure: Tech‑friendly approach with MIS and dashboards.
- Cost optimization: Drive operational efficiency and improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
- Mandatory background in apparel manufacturing, textile, or fashion industry.
- Proven track record in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control.
- Experience managing large teams and high‑volume inventory.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
