Captain (Service – Café Supervisor)
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Captain to manage daily café operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day café service operations
- Supervise stewards and assign duties
- Ensure quick and accurate order handling
- Maintain service speed and quality
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen/barista team
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Assist in inventory checks and basic reporting
- Train new staff members
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in café/QSR or restaurant service
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment
- Basic operational knowledge (billing, POS, etc.)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
