Role Overview
The Lead Educator will oversee the functioning of the Learning Center while ensuring high-quality learning experiences, educator mentoring, parent engagement, and smooth daily operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall functioning of the Learning Center.
Design and supervise engaging educational programs and enrichment activities.
Guide, mentor, and support educators in curriculum execution and classroom management.
Ensure quality standards in teaching methodologies and child engagement.
Conduct observations and provide constructive feedback to educators.
Build strong parent relationships and handle parent communication professionally.
Plan special events, workshops, activity days, and learning experiences.
Monitor child progress and ensure individualized attention where required.
Maintain learning resources, classroom setups, and center aesthetics.
Ensure safety, hygiene, discipline, and smooth daily operations.
Coordinate admissions support, orientation, and parent interactions when needed.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work culture.
Take ownership of the center’s vision, values, and overall learning environment.
